The incubator gives a founder the two things that are hardest to buy: uninterrupted time and people who have solved the problem before. It runs inside the building, so the program and the daily work are the same thing rather than a series of scheduled sessions.

Founders receive

Workspace, mentorship, introductions, and capital where the fund invests.

Focus, recovery and decision making under pressure, drawn from Norwegian special forces practice.

A desk in a building designed for concentration, with quiet zones, meeting rooms and open areas for the parts of the work that need other people. The café and the restaurant sit downstairs, so a working day does not require a car.

Membership includes

A desk, the meeting rooms, the events, and the founder and team programs.

Contribution

Members give a defined share of their skills to a project running inside the Hub.
