About
The people behind the Hub.
Two founders, a Board of Stewards, and the partners who stand behind the build.
The founders
Two founders: from the lab, and from the law.
Torstein Vabo Ansari
Founder
Trained in nanotechnology and quantum mechanics at NTNU, then served in the Norwegian Special Forces. That pairing of precision and pressure shapes the Hub. He works in consciousness and transformation, teaches yoga, and has cultivated the idea since 2014.
Samina Vabo Ansari
Founder
Cyber law and peacebuilding for multinational organisations took her through Kabul, Washington D.C. and Brussels, and she ran a hub in Kabul. A practitioner of Sufi philosophy and author of When the Almond Trees Bloom, she builds the community here.
Ethical technology cannot be an afterthought. It has to be built into the architecture from day one.
The Board of Stewards
The stewards, and what each one holds.
Active builders mapped to the Hub, joined by 15 to 20 stewards at every monthly event.
Julia Donnelly

Supriya Sethi

Rudy de Waele
Events and Gatherings

Groundswell.
Tamina Ansari
Human Performance and Clinical Research
A psychotherapist, bringing clinical rigour to the work.
Advisors and partners
Who stands behind the build.
Implementing partner
AGPC Investments
Implementing partner for the entire project, not a single workstream. They carry delivery alongside the founders.
They built the Hub's own steward ownership entity, in place before any capital is accepted, and they help founders in the programme adopt the same structure.
- Legal structure
- Fund capacity
- Immigration
- Real estate
- Governance
