Who runs this site

What this site is for
The site describes a project that is in development. Descriptions of the building, the services and the programs are our current plan rather than a promise. Details will change as the project moves forward.
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Membership, event bookings and program places become an agreement only when we confirm them with you in writing.
Content and ownership
The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to Ericeira Tech Hub. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you took them from.
You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it, or use the name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
Links to other sites
We link to booking, hosting and partner services that we do not control. Their terms and their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
What we are not responsible for
We keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors or never offline. We are not liable for losses that follow from relying on information here without confirming it with us first. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Portuguese consumer law.
Which law applies
Portuguese law governs these terms. Disputes go to the courts of the Municipality of Mafra unless the law gives you the right to a different court.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when we last did.
